Download the patterns you want to use.

Open Adobe Photoshop. Go to the Edit menu > Preset Manager.

A window will pop up. On the drop down menu at the top where it says Preset Type, select Patterns.

Click the load button. Find the patterns you want to install. Click Load.

The patterns are now ready for use in Photoshop.
