DIV layouts are easy to use and figure out... most people think it's more complicated to use one than it really is. Just follow this and it should work fine. :]
Delete everything out of your about me & who i'd like to meet sections. Make sure you get rid of any type of coding that you may have put in other sections also.
Copy the first half of the code and put it in your About Me section on your profile. You don't need to edit this section. Copy the second part of the code and put it in the Who I'd Like to Meet section.
In the second part of the code, you'll need to find a few places where the code says FRIENDIDHERE and replace each one with your MySpace Friend ID. If you don't know what your MySpace Friend ID is, click here to find out real quick. Putting your friend id (correctly) into all these places is important because they are how your friends will contact you. :]
Next you'll need to scroll down a little in the code and find where it says something like content goes here!!!. Replace that with your own content. If the layout has more than one column, scroll down a little more until you've found all the sections and put in your own content.
