Go to Customize Profile (it is on the profile menu at the top). Go to where the Basic Information table is (where your default picture is). In the top right of that module, click the pencil icon.


Now in the top right corner click the Edit Basic Information link. Scroll down to where it shows 3 photos. Click the change photo button to change the pictures.
